Pros

As expected, a few splinters. This is my 3rd orders to find the one that doesn't have a glue on. Overall the product is fine - nicely structured, no strong chemical small, nicely packaged for shipping.

Banneton comes with a cloth liner to keep the dough from drying out. The company is also great, emailed me pdf files of hints and recipes.
