    I reached out to seller twice to see what eraser refills would fit these so i could order some and while they responded politely quickly they had no clue what i was asking amd didnt seem to know the product they were selling

    First they told me this was a pen and didnt even have an eraser then they told me they would send me a replacement pen🤦🏼‍♀️
