Pros

Nice fruity flavor, like eating a jelly bean or something. I haven't been taking them long enough to establish efficacy. Seriously enjoying this vitamin.

Cons

No growth to my har and my nails are still soft. My hair and skin have no noticable difference either. They are sugar coated too, like a gummy candy, which is totally unnessary for a vitamin supplement.
