It creates amazing * ice. Once the syrup is added, it creates almost a creamy ice that is amazing. A slight hiccup to start.
The machine is awesome. It is somewhat big, is about 37 pounds.

The ‘metal’ plate where you put the ice though were stained when once i was not able to dry the water from the melted ice

As it turns out there is a momentary switch the plastic safety shield needs to depress to allow the unit to turn on

There is meant to be a red button in the switch so shield may activate said switch
