The 1000 card had a good number of annoying problems among them weak signal reception and frequent disconnection

After turning the computer back on windows 7 recognized the card instantly and drivers were automatically installed

Im very happy with the performance of this card which downloads files 3 times faster than intel 1000i would highly recommend this product to anyone who1 is not satisfied with the slow and choppy performance of basic wireless card intel 1000 and alike on notebooks2 wants to add bluetooth function to notebooks but doesnt want to plug a bluetooth dong in a usb port

Several minor details worthy of notice1 before replacing the card go to device manager and uninstall the driver for the old wireless adaptor2 intel proset may or may not work for bluetooth

Originally when i purchased this it was nothing but problems in my desktop and i think it sat in the drawer for about a year
