The sous vide function doesn't quite match up to a dedicated sous vide machine, mainly because it doesn't agitate the water.

I can pressure cook chicken and then brown it with the air fry function in total taking 30 minutes.

While it might be an expensive hard, boiled egg maker for me, i get my eggs now 100% out of 100% so easy.

Follow up - customer service contacted me and said they would be shipping me a new unit.
