It's certainly made of high quality materials.
For me, the overstuffing means i can use it for back support while sitting up in bed or for propping my head up to read.
I tried fluffing and messing with the pillow but it seemed like it had gotten really stiff overnight.
But because it conforms so well, the fluffiness doesn’t force your head into any specific position.

When it arrives you have to do some fluffing up by holding on to opposite sides and gently pulling apart several times
