Quality
The handle seems to be quality build, full tang and thick enough to my liking.
This santoku has divots and they help a little for the meat not to stick.
Like my other knife, the blade for this knife was fairly sharp out of the box.
My intention for this knife is mostly just to cut boneless meat into strips, pieces and slices.

The raw meat was getting suctioned to the blade with my other knife

It still sticks but easier to remove from the blade

It is rounded square which is okay because it has the little grip on the end of the handle so it wont slip too bad

Overall i wish the divots extended higher on the blade and that the divots were deeper so that the meat would not suction onto the blade

I may decide to get a granton edge and a shorter blade height
