Battery seems to work better than the original according to the laptops own diagnostics. My son is able to use his laptop without being tethered to an outlet. I know no battery will last forever but it should take a 100% charge when new.

This battery was listed as one for the dell laptop inspiron 15 7000 series. It is not compatible with that model. The battery started to degrade rapidly after about 9 months.
