I have used that product for long time, it’s very good, covered gray hair perfectly.
The color is good, doesn't dry out hair and good selections of colors to choose from, so overall a really good product.
You have to get your own and it is a shame, the company is providing something so useless for an otherwise good product.
I used heat for the allotted time and rubbed dye in at the end when rinsing it.

Onc color has dimensionality you dont get that flat 34shoe polish34 look that you get with so many box dyes
