Pros

These lights are really bright which is awesome. They are definitely brighter with a crisp clean light. It's the softer white light rather than the obnoxious light that makes you think you're in a hospital or under fluorescent lights.

Lights of kitchen nicely. Works good in our pantry and shoe closet. Look like a really big pot light or can light because they really hug the ceiling.

Cons

Very flimsy and only 2 wire connections - no ground. Difficult to get installed well. Hard to install while gravity is working on the entire fixture.

The light is not daylight bright. It's more yellow. Just a bit disappointed in the brightness. No way in sams heck is this 3200 lumens.
