It's easy for me to open and snap right back into place.
Cons
These* do not lock, and simply slide off. All it will take for them to be completely useless and ineffective is a few minutes of a curious toddler. Although easy to install and use, the quality of the sticky pads are terrible.

Install over a month ago and the adhesive is still sticking strong even though my 1 year old is constantly pulling on the cabinets and drawers there installed too
