They’re elastic and pack down really well! Better than clips. Take up less space in the luggage and are not prone to break in transport.

These are a must to hold towels onto beach chairs, especially on windy days
These worked great to hold our chairs on our recent cruise and also kept the towels from blowing off!
A better design would be like a belt and velcro type design that could wrap around all chair styles securing your towel.
Be aware though that they may not work depending on the chair design, if the legs are attached too close to the edge of the chair.
Packaging/appearance
Easier for packing than those big plastic clips.
All the chairs look the same as everyone has same towel on cruise ship.

Not only do they do the job of holding down your towel so it doesnt blow in your face i know first world problem but still annoying but they help 34mark34 your chair as yours if youre at a resort where good chairs are hard to come by which we were
