I got the controller updated with its new firmware but the instructions just didnt work i finally found working instructions on reddit that allowed me to connect the controller to my switch and theyve worked ever since

I used 8bitdos ultimate software downloadable on 8bitdos website to calibrate the shoulder buttons to activate at 25 button press instead of a full press

I also calibrated the left analog to be more responsive by 20 so it would activate at 80 button press
