Cons
The controller feels cheaply made and oddly weighted compared to the ms controller. At only $10 difference msrp that really shouldn't be the case. The d-pad, its unusable. It just bounces around uncontrollably.
Review is both about amazons lack of customer service especially regarding returns. Until then i'm stuck with a dud and leaving a 2/5 review. I'm out of ideas what to try, so waiting for their support to get back to me.

Do buy 8bitdo, don't buy from amazon warehouse.
