Pros
The dock itself is brilliant and well designed. The controller is comfortable to hold and has analogue triggers. It feels nice and heavy and well built like the series x pad.
All the * feel good, you know when you pressed them, not at all squishy. My favourite * are the back triggers as they are analog (although the switch does not support analog input) * are the right size and have good feedback. Trigger feel pressure.
The joystick feels great. The gyro is also great when playing some nintendo games, like mario odyssey or zelda breath of the wild. Motion controls work in games like super mario odyssey.
The controller is configured in the nintendo switch layout, and it can be used for any pc game when playing through steam. Works flawlessly in windows. haven't tried it on my switch yet.
Both bluetooth and 2. Attache. Connects also on 2. I would urge anyone looking for one to spend the extra and get this version.
Cons
On the hardware side the controller is ok but the right stick sticks when pointed down instead of springing back. It can work on the switch but if you then connect it to another device (the whole point is to use it on multiple devices) it craps put an... Read More

Very simple to set up, on switch pair as normal, on pc just plug in the usb dongle stored in the dock.

She doesnt mind the joy con holder but when she wanted a controller to play stardew valley on the tv when docked i got her this as the official nintendo one is to be honest the same thing with a mark up

I also havent noticed any difference in latency or anything else between the bluetooth connection and the 2
