Pros

Charging dock is beautiful. You just plug in the dock and the controller is ready to go with the device you plug into. The dock is fits the controller like a glove to my hand. I have the charging dock for one plugged into my pc.

Overall quality is unsurprisingly great! Smooth body with no visible screws/screw holes. The color is vibrant, the build quality is premium. It is well thought out and executed on every level.

This controller is phenomenal! A sweet mix of modern cool and practicality. Looking forward to not worrying about it anymore.

Cons

The d-pad is terrible, diagonals feel off and it's very stiff and also mushy. The analog triggers also feel a bit mushy, and the build quality feels a bit cheaper than the pro 2.
