I own other 4 different switch controllers, but this one is the best by far in terms of quality to price ratio.
The second is that when using it for pc, the gyro disables when using usb, as it brands itself as an xbox 360 controller.
I don’t notice much difference compared to other more expensive controllers

If you want a controller to use on both switch or another device as well as pc this is the one you want full stop i honestly dont think anything else i have used to date can rival it

The triggers take at least 23 times more force to press down completely compared to an xbox one controller so its not great for driving games trigger finger may get tired after a couple hours

The app you can download is okay but for some reason you cant use the controller while you have the app open you have to change the configuration and then close it

Theres a lot of customizability in the app deadzones for triggerssticks and macros but unfortunately you cant assign keyboard keys to macros seems like an oversight

As the title says youll be running into overlay issues with the physical switch layout buttons but recognized as an xbox controller through steam

Buying the physical buttons from the 8bitdo shop costs more with shipping than buying a 8bitdo wired controller and ripping it apart for the buttons
