Pros

This controller is a commendable option for any nintendo switch user. D-pad is squishy and better than the xbox core controller. It fits in the default nintendo controller slot of my carrying case and feels nice in my hands.

The texture on the grips form it in your hands. Feels perfect in my hands save for being on the lighter side (might open it up and add mini weights but that's a future project) no connection or responsiveness issues.

The controller wakes the switch which is a plus. Usb type c charger is included.

This controller is durable and comfortable, even going above and beyond what first party controllers are capable of delivering. The only complaint i can think of is that sometimes light vibrations come through as strong rumbles, but its not enough to ... Read More

As of this write-up, no contact/status information has been provided beyond support@8bitdo and a generic non-binding contact name. No mailing address was requested for shipping the replacement item back to me. That's really disappointing.
