Pros

Cleanses the skin, doesn’t strip away and is not drying. It perfectly washes away particles of dirt and sebum. Skin is usually oily but didn't feel oily after using this.

Highly recommend this face wash. Consistency is key! Pretty decent cleanser.

This facial cleanser comes in an amber bottle with its own separate pump. The bottle is a glass bottle with a twist off lid, comes with an o ring and a pump. This cleanser is super mild, but my face felt clean and extra moisturized.

The scent isn't overpowering and it lathers nicely. The citrus scent is nice but i really want a wake me up.

Cons

The new formula has a bad smell, is much thicker, and my acne has flared up. It completely dried my skin out to the point my nose was peeling. My eyes burn after and i have to rinse them multiple times.

The product came well packaged no damaged to the bottle at all.

This silver top was opened soap all over package.

But for some reason it came damaged!
