Couple things to be aware ofthere is no ongoing visual indicator of what is switched where you can push the output button and see what feed is connected to it or push a feed button and see what outputs it is feeding unless you use the included software

You have 2 rows of buttons to switch select the feedinput on the top row it will light up and the outputs on the bottom row itthey will light up then press the enter button

That delay may be because we are using hdbit hdmi over ethernet extenders

It has 4 inputs that can be selected and then you select which outputs the unit should go to

You can have 1 input to all 4 outputs or have a different input for each output and every combination in between
