These powders can be used over a white base to get an iridescent sheen akin to the color of the powder itself but its true beauty is awakened when it is applied over a black base as seen in my swatch photo

Another layer of no wipe gel top coat should be applied to lock the powder in place

Second they work great with regular polish and the mermaid effect was not effected by a fast drying top coat

They are hard to see when put over white but you definitely still get the color when light shines on the nail but its really hard to photograph

Originally i was skeptical about this product because i have encountered many time buying cheap chrome and it not working and becoming a waste of money
