I purchased lid to use instapot as slow cooker but realized instant pot does not have heating elements on the sides so not a very good slow cooker

I did finally received the refund after a few email exchange come to think of it the initial three 3 star does seem to be a bit unfair since the product is as described it’s just not a good fit for my needs
