Pros

This is a beautiful knife that performs well. It still performs without any degree of compromise. I love how it looks and how it feels. Beautiful aesthetic. They are gorgeous to look at.

Using it in paring knife grip (that is, with your fingers curled around the handle, cutting toward your thumb) is a bit of a workout.

Black g-10 handle is robust and smooth textured. There is a single flower rivet on the handle securing the full-length tang. Full tang means that it's very durable and won't fall apart.

Highly recommend this specialized knife. They are pretty well balanced. I have a 1k and 4k wet stone i used which did the trick.

Cons

These are not damascus nor are they japanese. Second - wrapping on the knife clearly states made in china - so the heading is very misleading. I sharpen them constantly they so dull they’re not comfortable i only use one or 2 at most bc others are not... Read More

I had to sharpen them with the provided sharpening steel but that wasn’t enough.

With how expensive this set is, i was hoping to receive them in a good quality box.
