Pros & Cons
Pros
Moca uses your existing coax cables to create a high speed network for ethernet-based devices. Perfect for bring dresser closer to the wall. For more information on moca, visit moca.
It works as advertised. Nothing fancy, just a tool to solve a specific problem. Works great in a tight spot to maneuver cable.
Cons
Worked for 65 days and then malfunctioned. Replaced the first right angle connector with another new one out of the package of 5 and still no improvement in reception. The connectors lose connection every few minutes so it makes the product useless.

Quality
Easy to use and was just what i needed to fit in the wall box.
This allowed the tv to be positioned very close to the wall.
Both ends are screw-in (i had one that is slip-in and it was forever lose, no fear with these.
I was never a fan of bending co-aux cables right out of the wall.
