Only thing i would suggest you get yourself a couple ferrite cores as you may get static over you radio i use bluetooth anyways and there s no interference there

Break them off with a small electronics screwdriver with a flat tip make sure the broken plastic is out of the plug then use dielectric grease on the contacts
