It works fine and is easy to install i only gave it 4 stars because in order to get the most out of it i had to buy a shower arm extender since the head is supposed to be used in a horizontal position and this isnt possible with a standard length shower arm

I had the misfortune of leaving the water saver washer out and it flows amazingly

It looks nice but the plastic washer did scratch when being tightened onto the spigot despite putting a cloth between the washer and wrench

The only reason i gave it 1 star less is because the swivel head of the shower that connects to the pipe is not very stiff

When i move the shower head upwards it slowly slides back down to its resting position so i cannot get it into a fixed angle that i would like
