The beauty of a bidi is that it handles a network connection on only one fiber. Simplex fiber is cheaper than multimode and duplex. Just plugged into a tranciever and got connection.

    This may be obvious to you if you work with fiber but the descriptions don’t tell you that and you can easily buy lcapc connectors by accident and they will fit but won’t work

    When i ordered jumpers to connect the devices i ordered them with both sides green which was scapc to lcapc

    We had a squirrel attack which cut through our 6 stand fiber which i had no idea which ones are alive or dead
