Good mysteries, a little clean romance, interesting characters and locale. The characters continue to be developed and are likeable.
This features the first three books in this enjoyable cosy mystery series. Each book is a stand alone. I love that they are not * books lol.
Book one introduces hadley james and her twin brother paul. Each book features a special cat character, and a slow burn romance between hadley and an old friend.

I fell in love with the characters in this series.
I fell in love with the shops of stoneybrook, and could almost smell the fresh air.
Packaging/appearance
The characters are small town friends and when something out of the ordinary happens hadley helps her brother unravel the mystery.

By the third book hadley is making irrational decisions about paul and suze and instead of talking with her closest friends just makes herself miserable wondering whats going on
