Installation is plug and play once you get into the notebook. Took me probably all of 2 minutes to install. Works on dell latitude e7470.

It's large compared to the tiny circuitry of the notebook. Upgraded from 4 to 8 gigs of ram. The 16 gig ram has made my lenovo very fast.

Laptop was upgraded and is a little quicker. Although the cas latency is a bit higher than original one, but not a big deal for me. Helped with the lags.

There is a tiny notch on the side of the ram stick that will match up with the notch in the ram slot. Don't worry about the display, it stays in place and unaffected. Just be careful of static charges and work slowly to minimize possible breakage.
