Shipping
I am happy with the shipping time and the chips seem to be as good quality as any other i have purchased.
Packaging/appearance
My only issue was getting the package open (splitting the two halves of the plastic case apart) to get the ram out of the packaging.
Competitiveness
Turn computer on and presto, much faster than before now at 12gb ram.
Plugged it in and it ran like a champ.
That being said i needed to upgrade an older laptop so my daughters could use it as a dedicated cricut machine driver.
I upgraded a laptop for a total of 12gb.

I should mention that it is really easy to fail to fully insert the memory stick so here are a couple of suggestions that would apply for anyone inserting the memory

Look at the memory module and you will see the gold connectors

Near the middle of those connectors you will see a notch
