Pros
Customer service is top notch. I could not be happier with the service, product and price. This is so awesome, mostly because it is so affordable.
Simple to install and works just fine. Easy install, and up and running perfectly in just a couple minute.
Cons
It is not as advertised! Did not fit into either slot of a mid-2010. Imac better to go through crucial memory. Do not recommend product.

Quality
They work great and i could not be happier with the service, product and price.
Works in combination with the existing memory (1gb) module in my late 2008 macbook unibody.
This is a good product, bought 2 so far for my imac mid2011 version.
Needless to say i am very very very please.
Price
But the selling price was not worth it and the worry of selling it to the wrong person made it a good reason to keep it.
