These are good for training with your firearm (9mm) these snaps are great for reminding people to always check the firearm in and out of a classroom setting.
Bought these a year from review. About the best there is when it comes to serving their purpose. Easy to lose (hence why i'm buying more).
Feeds from mags with no failures. Fits barrel without binding and extracts reliably. Only minor gripe is that there is some surface damage to the extractor grooves (pictured) despite these minor cosmetic blemishes, these snap caps work great.

I am not aware of any way to replace the insert but this takes many hundreds if not thousands of strikes before id even think about replacing them

As i transition to to the p30sk i practiced handling it as opposed to being highly experienced with the sig p229 which isnt going anywhere but the p30 has much different controls than my p229

To be fair and honest i will use this same review for all the snap caps i have purchased nothing changes just because the caliber does
