Apparently the ozone generating mechanism was going bad--apparently this is normal--so for $60 + $19 shipping had to replace it.

However the timer its a mechanical one on my machine randomly stopped at zero or 15 minute mark giving erratic timing

I contacted a2z and they said they ship a new timer as all repair instructions they provided did not work loosenign screw on cap and adjusting knob

After adjusting the knob the timer now stops at zero or randomly at the minus 15 mark
