Pros

But i digress, this review is about quality, and my experience dealing with amazon. Extremely pleased with the overall durability of this canopy.

The design of the zipper doorway is absolutely brilliant. If you are small of stature or not at all mechanically inclined you may struggle but once you figure it out it is easy. The ease of travel and take down is a total 10.

Cons

Not the sturdy or long-lasting tent that is marketed. Abc canopy is a joke when it comes to customer service. All i'm asking is for someone to please take a minute and help me fix this issue.

Ups is more than a 1/2 hour away, so very inconvenient. An extreme inconvenience. Just refunded us.

I did have my heart set on one with an awning, but it wouldn't come on time.

Packaging/appearance

Packing up the walls and canopy and getting them in the carry case was a bit of an exercise of getting everything in place.

Just wish they had the beige when we ordered as the white is a bit bright as far as blending with the house.

Competitiveness

I have purchased similar products that buckle/leak & twist in similar conditions.

Setting it up, you're going to need at least two people, 3-4 is better, and the canopy isn't already on the frame.
