Quality

So far though i am very happy with the gazebo.

I very happy with the product and we will see how the rest of the rainy season goes.

I didn't think i over torqued it, so i do think it just was of poor quality.

Any company that refuses to give good customer support is not worth dealing with.

Competitiveness

Super easy to assemble compared to other similar products.

Considerations:i added 30lbs sand bags to each leg and used zipties to secure 3 legs to the deck fencing.

I also found that there was no more 11x11 gazebo offered.
