Pros & Cons
Pros
The wheeled carrying case is convenient, especially since the shelter is quite heavy. The awning is also easy, but recommend a friend's help with that, it's a little unfriendly for single person install. The only negative is there are no instructions ... Read More
It is pretty heavy, but not too heavy and that weight is a reflection of the sturdiness. I wish it had more matching fabric pieces to go with, like one to make signage. This costs more, but is far more sturdy - and they sell replacement parts!
It comes with 4 removable walls. This has to go crosswise, and it’s a very snug fit.
Cons
Awning has a metal frame, so hitting customers on the head is a real concern, and happened on several occasions. No instruction for setup. Terrible product and a terrible company.
Incidently, if the wheels are on the case, it becomes too wide to put it back in the box for shipping/transport. The clamp has a single angle for the awning posts.
Highlights
Quality
We are pleased with the quality and and love the sides that helped block the sun.
The quality and construction are top notch.

Unfortunately it is 3 inches too long and i have too struggle to get it to fit in my truck along with the other panels and case... Read More
Competitiveness
I was able to hang a 20lb, 43in tv from the frame with no concerns and it withstood 30mph gusting winds.
Our product has expanded to wear we now had need to use 10x20 spaces instead of 10x10.
Important to get the corners velcroed properly!
This larger 10x20 does not seem as heavy duty as my old one.
