Pros

The hexagonal design eliminates any bending in higher winds. The frame holds up well to some heavy winds if staked down properly. The support and expanding retracting poles are the regular oval poles.

The canopy strikes a good balance between weight and sturdiness (though we haven't had it long enough to know durability). It's heavy but durable.

The tent is beautiful but it won't withstand wind or rain. The canopy leaked during a rain. It is in the middle of the seam so it is definitely not waterproof under the canopy.

Contacting customer support by email/chat they quickly sent replacement parts and were super friendly, solved the problem right away.

Although they claimed there was 17 items for purchase, i ordered mine in september 5, it didn’t get shipped until november.

I was sent emails twice with response is required whether you would like to cancel or not, or if you would like a similar item.

I was missing a center top pole and when i let them know about the issue they quickly sent me the part.

Competitiveness

Comparing it to my white 10'x10' pop-up (same brand), this one is a notable upgrade.

Both the canvas and base on this canopy are better built than comparable canopies i've purchased in the past.

The top seems the same as the other brand
