Pros & Cons
Pros
The travel bag seems sturdy and i appreciate that it fits a bit loose. The wheeled storage bag is also great for storing over the winter. Super easy set-up; frame comes entirely pre-assembled. Latches are nice and big.
First received today. Packaged very well in box. This is the best canopy we’ve had. It totally impresses those who see it.
Easy up & down. Assembly sometimes gets fussy as the peak tubes don't always track upwards without coaxing from inside the tent. When the tent is retracted it fits back in the bag perfectly.
The frame is heavy, but i feel that’s a good thing to help with longevity and to help withstand winds. This tent is sturdy and holds it shape in the 20 to 30mph tradewinds. Winds intense enough to take out fir trees & it hasn’t moved an inch; neve... Read More
Cons
The most frustrating thing is that the seller actually shipped a damaged product. I feel like they are a cheap car salesman saying the car is yours once it’s last wheel leaves the lot. Buyer beware and purchase a product protection.
I’d offer a more positive review if they handled themselves more professionally. Even sent pics to them. Our email address is shown in attachment.
Highlights
Quality
Great materials and glad we choose this one over the others
Easy to set up, heavy needs two people.
We need to be able to unbag and get these things up fast and have been through several models to find a quality product.
What i was disappointed by was the canopy itself ripped after 2 years.
Price
For whatever reason the purple top was like $30 cheaper.
Theirs was also brand new and ours was only about 30$ more.
Easier for 2, of course, but not a big deal for one.
It was bigger and taller than i had expected for the price and that was the added bonus.
Shipping
Setup just in time for a short lite rain with 15mph wind guests.
Competitiveness
I’ve had 2 of another brand of canopy, which were harder to put up than might be expected.
The frame seems a lot sturdier than the wenzel.
