Pros & Cons
Pros
This is one of the sturdiest canopies i have ever owned. The frame seems a lot sturdier than the wenzel. My dad and i both fix windshield dings.
It is easy to set up by yourself (since i set these things up all the time) and stow away.
Left it up for 2 weeks while on an elk hunt wrapped with a tarp for extra shade. First time setup in 5min, poles are very, very easy, tarp needs a few hands.
Cons
Tent canopy is dry rotted and has several rips in it. This stuff is super thin and rips like paper. It leaks in several places in moderate to heavy rain. If you don't push the water off of it, it leaks at the seams.
Had to be drained constantly. Only had a short period. It appears there really isn't a viable warranty. Find another canopy and the seller.
Highlights
Quality
Great materials and glad we choose this one over the others
Easy to set up, heavy needs two people.
We need to be able to unbag and get these things up fast and have been through several models to find a quality product.
What i was disappointed by was the canopy itself ripped after 2 years.
Price
For whatever reason the purple top was like $30 cheaper.
Theirs was also brand new and ours was only about 30$ more.
Easier for 2, of course, but not a big deal for one.
It was bigger and taller than i had expected for the price and that was the added bonus.
Shipping
Setup just in time for a short lite rain with 15mph wind guests.
Packaging/appearance
The picture was deceiving cause when folded the carrying case was up to the person's shoulders but the case is 67" high, either... Read More
Competitiveness
I’ve had 2 of another brand of canopy, which were harder to put up than might be expected.
The frame seems a lot sturdier than the wenzel.
