Pros

Canopy fits nicely over the new pole system. It is a better fit than the original one that came with the gazebo (which faded really fast) it fits our canopy, a little too snuggly, and the seams are certainly pulled farther than they should be.

Cons

Water pours through when it rains. This is pitiful. The only way to make this fit-minus ripping it, is to shorten one corner pole by 2 inches. The top canopy i could not connect all poles.

I hope it's just that i happen to have gotten a defective product. Impossible to install. Had to unbolt part of frame to stretch it on and couldn't bolt back together. No such luck.

I get maybe 3 years out of one and they just come apart at the seams.

It’s durable except for the ears where you pull to stretch over the last corner started to break even ith the hep of the supplied tool.
