Pros

Firm and non-skid, the abdominal mat is as described and i'm very satisfied with it. On a bench this ab mat is the perfect size and sturdiness to give my lower back a slight arch. Does not slip away during workout.

Cons

This is to hard to use! It hurts my back! Received the mat torn.

Love the material very sturdy and able to clean easy and most of all it does work on the abs.

I like it, the thickness is good, cover is made of good material that i believe will last a long time.

I put it to regular use and it only has minimal wear - even with using it on abrasive flooring.

I have a big problem on my back, i actually have a sciatic nerve problem, last week and this week was acting up really bad.

Price

I got this for the price and i'm quite happy with the purchase.

Works perfectly and was a great price.

Dont need to spend extra $$$ on abmat brand.

Worth the money if you are looking for one.

Would buy again and shipping was fast.

Packaging/appearance

I would give 5 stars except when i opened it it appeared to be stuffed with fairly cheap foam, something you would find in a shipping box.

Competitiveness

Priced just right and just as good if not better than brands asking twice as much !

Similar to what i use at the gym, worth the price

Side note: iron bull is my go-to brand.

I chose this particular one over the others offered on amazon because this one was an inch higher.
