One thing to consider though is that this works more with the softer lines like the coppernickel type not very much with the hard steel lines

I bought this kit to make 1434 bubble flare style brake line ends for my 2004 honda civic ex coupe using an inexpensive spool of magnetic copperalloy brake line

If youre new to this process it doesnt hurt to cut a short length of brake line and practice making a couple flared ends with your brake line flaring tool before you cut a long length of brake line and try to make your line on the first try

There is a trick to flaring brake line ends and not all tools do a great job

Also when youre done cutting the length of brake line that you need seal the ends of the unused brake line spool with a little rubber cap to keep moisture out of it especially if its a magnetic copperalloy because they can rust on the inside
