It fits tightly and snugly within the bucket and doesnt easily become dislodged even when the bucket is placed upside down

My only complaint is that the feet or fins on the bottom are raised fairly high and it eliminates about a gallon worth of space and utilization meaning i have to fill up the bucket with more water and soap than usual

Using for plunger cloths washing otherwise clothes are just pressed to bottom of pail and water is not circulated

This guard insert allows the ice to melt and drain to the bottom without the hose sitting in water

Couldnt really tell about the quality of the grit guard with the image on the website

Done with the wash and all the dirt and grit at bottom of the bucket not worked back into the paint
