Oversized and fits well. My only complaint is the flat sheet is super long so we have to work together to tuck it under the mattress at the bottom. They are thoughtfully oversized so that they will still fit the bed after a couple hundred washes.

If i pull/tug/stretch very hard it loosens up a little bit. They also have the strap in the corners to help keep the sheets from popping off.

If you are looking for breathable sheets these are it. If you want sheets that don't cling and tangle while sleeping, i recommend these sheets. The flip side of the pillow is always chill which is happy news for a hothead.

The top sheet is the same, they are unusable. Go somewhere else and do your research. I am going to amazon for my refund.

They feel like a plastic mattress pad, their thin, and it's noisy. The loud crinkling noise was irritating.
