The specifications included with the device did not match those claimed on amazon but it does seem to meet them.
To make things clear, there's nothing wrong with the accell mdp to hdmi adapter !
Quality device however my ati r9 390 video card no longer supports displayport to hdmi 2.

Sometimes you need to create a custom resolution in your video driver settings so that the maximum settings of resolution are available

Using this adapter i was able to daisy chain the older monitor from the dpout from the lenovo monitor and now both screens connect through one usbc port

I had to change my resolution apply and put it back on 4k to make it recognize 60hz
