The springform pan was good for one time as not only is it extremely difficult to clean throughly the teflon was sticking to the food this is unacceptable and i threw it away

The food tongs are too short you can burn your knuckles trying to use them and the other device for removing pans is not very efficient

The tongs mitts riser screen and spring form pan are all pretty good quality given what i paid for the entire set
