On my 1998 model the motor had been replaced before so i was just updating someone elses work

The motor came supplied with 4 832 machine screws with star washers and nuts

They are a tight fit in the motor mount holes but the impact driver makes short work of that and they pull up nice and tight on the regulator bracket go easy dont overtorque them

You may not even need to replace any of these if you remove the door carefully

I liked seeing that there is some thermal protection built into the assembly given the repair history on this window

This is an oem part once it installed it function the way it suppose to with the cost that lower then aftermarket parts
