Works well, higher quality plastic and metal clip than stock was, also fixed my ac issue with lower speeds not working.

Screws are awkward to remove - see you tube for instructions and have snub screwdrivers or compact wrench.

Lower speeds not working is resistor, higher speeds not working is relay, nothing working is either both or blower motor.
