The item has a faulty under made plastic gear in the unit that breaks over time and gmac delco will not sell the 10 cent gear as a replacement piece

I then turned the gear inside 180 degrees and that seemed to work for about 8 months and then it started to make clicking noise again

When reinstalling the screws the bottom screw is easy enough but while trying to get the top screw in it fell and it appears to have disappeared
